Data Deletion

At ACTIBOT we respect your right to control your data. This page explains what information we store in relation to the social media accounts you connect to the platform and how you can request its deletion.

1. What Data We Store

When you connect your own social media accounts or pages to the platform through the official authentication flows (OAuth), we securely store only what is necessary to publish on your behalf:

  • Account data: the information you registered with on the platform, such as your name and email address.
  • Connection with TikTok: the access token issued by TikTok, necessary to upload and publish content on your account.
  • Connection with Facebook: the access token to your Page and its identifier (Page ID), necessary to publish on it.
  • Content you schedule: the text, images, and videos you upload along with the schedule you set.

We do not access, store, or share any other data from your TikTok or Facebook accounts.

2. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You can request at any time that we delete the data associated with your account or with the social media accounts you connected. You have three ways to do this:

Option A: From the Platform

Log in to ACTIBOT and disconnect the corresponding social network from your account settings, or delete your user account completely. Doing so invalidates the associated access tokens and removes them from our systems.

Option B: Revoke Access from the Social Network

You can revoke access directly from the platform you connected:

  1. Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find ACTIBOT and select Remove.
  2. TikTok: go to Settings & Privacy → Security & Permissions → Manage App Permissions, find ACTIBOT and revoke access.

When access is revoked, the corresponding token is immediately invalidated and we can no longer publish on your behalf.

Option C: Request It Directly

Write to us at our contact email indicating that you wish to delete your data, along with the social network involved and, in the case of Facebook, the name or identifier (Page ID) of the Page. After verifying your request, we will permanently delete the access tokens and associated identifiers from our systems within a maximum of 30 days and will confirm to you once it has been completed.
