1. Who We Are

ACTIBOT is a social media management platform that allows each user to connect their own accounts and pages (such as TikTok and Facebook) to create, upload, schedule, and publish content automatically with a single click. The platform acts solely as a tool that executes the publications that the user themselves configures and authorizes on their accounts.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: when you register we collect the information necessary to create and manage your account, such as your name and email address.
• Content you schedule: we store the content (text, images, and videos) you upload and the schedule you set, in order to publish it on your social media at the time you specify.
• Contact data: when you use our form or our contact channels we collect your email address and the description of your request, solely to respond to you.
• Technical visit data: while browsing the platform we may record technical information such as the URL visited, user agent (browser), language, time zone, platform, and screen dimensions, for statistical purposes and to improve the service.
• TikTok authentication data: when you connect your own TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 flow, we securely store the access tokens issued by TikTok.
• Facebook authentication data: when you connect your own Facebook Page through the official Facebook Login flow (OAuth), we securely store only the Page's access token and its identifier (Page ID), necessary to publish the content you schedule.

3. Use of the TikTok Integration

The platform allows each user to connect their own TikTok account to create, upload, schedule, and publish content on it. Specifically:

• The video.upload permission is used to upload to the user's account the content the user provides.
• The video.publish permission is used to publish that content on the user's account when the user schedules or confirms it.

• All authentication is performed through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 flow, and access tokens are stored securely and used only for publishing operations authorized by the user.

4. Use of the Facebook Integration

The platform allows each user to connect their own Facebook Page to automatically schedule and publish posts (text and images) on it. Specifically:

• Each user authorizes access to their Page through the official Facebook Login flow (OAuth), and only the permissions strictly necessary to publish content on their behalf are used.
• The data obtained from the platform is used exclusively to authenticate the user and publish the content they schedule; no other account data is accessed, stored, or shared.
• The content (text and images) is published on the Facebook Page indicated by the user through Facebook's official API (Graph API), only when the user schedules or confirms it.
• The platform only operates on the accounts and pages that each user expressly authorizes.

5. How We Use the Information

• Create and manage your user account on the platform.
• Publish on your social media the content you schedule and authorize.
• Respond to requests sent through our contact channels.
• Analyze the use of the platform to improve our services.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (for example, TikTok and Facebook as publishing platforms) or when there is a legal obligation to do so.

7. Information Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we manage, including the secure storage of TikTok and Facebook access tokens and the use of encrypted connections. Access to your account is restricted by your credentials.

8. Retention and Revocation

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. You can revoke the authorization granted to the platform at any time: the connection with TikTok from your TikTok account's security settings, and the connection with a Facebook Page from your Facebook account settings; in both cases this invalidates the stored access tokens. You can also disconnect your accounts or delete your user account directly from the platform.

9. Your Rights

You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your personal data by writing to the contact email indicated below. We will attend to your request within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law. If you wish to delete the data associated with your connected accounts (access tokens and, in the case of Facebook, the Page ID), you can disconnect them from the platform or write to us at the contact email and we will attend to your request. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this same page along with the updated date.
