Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ACTIBOT platform, an online service that allows users to schedule, plan, and publish content on their own social media with a single click. By registering or using the platform you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, we ask that you not use the service.
1. Service Description
ACTIBOT is a social media management platform that allows each user to connect their own social media accounts and pages (such as TikTok and Facebook) to create, upload, schedule, and publish content automatically. The user retains control of their accounts at all times: the platform acts solely as a tool that executes the publications that the user themselves configures and authorizes.
2. User Accounts
- To use the platform you must create an account and provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be of legal age and have the necessary authority to manage the social media accounts you connect to the platform.
- You can request the deletion of your account at any time; doing so will revoke the connections and delete the associated access tokens. See the procedure on our Data Deletion page.
3. Connection with TikTok
- Each user connects their own TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 flow, expressly authorizing the platform to act on their behalf.
- The video.upload permission is used to upload to the user's account the content the user provides, and the video.publish permission to publish that content when the user schedules or confirms it.
- The platform does not access, store, or share any TikTok account data other than what is necessary to perform the publishing operations authorized by the user.
- The access tokens issued by TikTok are stored securely and used only for the operations the user authorizes.
4. Connection with Facebook
- Each user connects their own Facebook Page through the official Facebook Login flow (OAuth), authorizing the platform to publish on their behalf.
- The platform uses only the permissions strictly necessary to schedule and publish content (text and images) on the Page indicated by the user, through Facebook's official API (Graph API).
- The data obtained is used exclusively to authenticate the user and publish the content they schedule; no other account data is accessed, stored, or shared.
- The platform only operates on the accounts and pages that each user expressly authorizes.
5. Acceptable Use
By using the platform you agree to:
- Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or to other users' accounts.
- Not using the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that damage its operation.
- Not publishing content that infringes third-party rights or the policies of the connected social media platforms.
- Providing truthful information when registering and using the service.
6. Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, schedule, and publish through the platform, as well as for holding the necessary rights over that content. You agree that the content will comply with the policies of each social network and with applicable law. ACTIBOT does not review or endorse the content published by users.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, its software, brand, logos, and other elements are the property of ACTIBOT or are used with the corresponding authorization. The content that each user uploads and publishes through the platform is the responsibility and property of that user. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of ACTIBOT elements is prohibited without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
Publishing content on TikTok and Facebook is also subject to the terms and policies of each platform. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, or interruptions of the third-party services the platform uses.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACTIBOT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, nor for publications that fail, are delayed, or are not made due to failures of third-party platforms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or cancel access to the platform, in whole or in part, in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or a legal requirement. The user may stop using the service and delete their account at any time.
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on this page, indicating the last updated date.
13. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.
